Money laundering or the use of ppgaming for any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals frozen, and any winnings derived from prohibited activity forfeited. ppgaming cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in the Philippines in relation to any suspected illegal activity on the platform.
ppgaming provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any part of the service at all times. We are not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the user's end, or events outside our reasonable control. Betting and gaming involve financial risk, and ppgaming is not responsible for any losses incurred through normal use of the platform — all wagering decisions are made solely by the account holder. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Philippines, ppgaming's total liability to any user in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
